The hotel has a convenient location perfect for visiting Lassen Park, although it felt a bit sketchy. The rooms were quite stark, smelling like a former smoking room, with a view of a dilapidated private residence next door. The service saw an improvement towards the end of registration and provided great recommendations. The dining options had some limitations, with average offerings but being the best breakfast option available during our stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, while lacking a refrigerator and microwave, offered a cozy touch with a fireplace outside the window. The check-in process for our large group was time-consuming. The staff's service was top-notch, promptly resolving any issues. The location was convenient, albeit below expectations, being close to essential amenities in Redding. The dining options were somewhat limited but satisfactory, and the facilities overall met our needs.
